Setting Display Preferences

Change the certain settings on summary pages, for example how many records to display on a page. You can also determine which items to display on the Home page dashboard.

 

To set my display preferences:

  1. Click the Preferences link on the top of the Collector module. The Preferences page appears.
  2. Click Display Preferences. The Display Preferences page appears.
  3. Use the information in the following table to set Display Preferences.

Field Name

Description

Multi-column sorting

Select to allow multiple column sorting in IPP tables.

Select report records per page

Select the number of items to display on a summary page:

• 10

• 25

• 50

• 100

Display data for

Select the number of days to show data on a summary page: 15-120 days.

Display Collections Forecast Dashboard

Select to display the Collections Forecast dashboard on the Home page.

You must have the View Invoices and Purchase Orders/Blanket Purchase Orders permission to view the Collections 5 Day Forecast panel.

PO Summary Page Display Options

Select to display one of the following columns on the PO summary page:

• Terms, such as Net 30 Days

• Location (City)

• Vendor ID
