The IPP (Invoice Processing Platform) Collector module is the principal application for Collector users (vendors) to manage their POs and BPOs from agencies, create invoices, and view payments. The IPP Collector module supports the exchange and display of electronic files with government agencies. The formats for the electronic files are Comma Separated Values (CSV) or eXtensible Markup Language (XML) formatted files.
The Collector user can view and download POs from agencies, create invoices from agency POs, create Non-PO invoices/credit memos online, and clone invoices/credit memos. In addition, Vendors can view and download remittance records (payment notifications). Not all vendors create invoices in IPP, some just require payment information.
IPP is hosted by the Treasury Web Application Infrastructure (TWAI) and is compliant with Federal standards (e.g. FAR) and requirements. IPP is provided free of charge to government agencies vendors.
