IPP provides two agency views:
My Agencies - Lists the federal agencies your company is doing business with and displays basic information and customer ID mapper.
All Agencies - Lists all agencies using IPP and displays basic information only.
Selecting an agency name link in either view displays the Agency Information page. You access the Agency Directory page from the Home page’s Quick Links section. A Collector user’s roles and permissions determine if they can view agency information and if they can edit Customer ID map entries. The Administrator permission allows you to edit Customer ID maps from the My Agencies > Agency Information page. Other permissions, except for View Payments, grant read-only access to the Basic Information and Customer ID Map sections of the page. A Collector user with only the View Payment permission cannot access the Agency Directory.
The information in the table describes the Agency Directory page.
