SAM (System for Award Management) Expired invoices have not been paid by the agency, because your company’s SAM registration has expired. You must renew the registration to receive payment from the agency. When an invoice is in this status, you can access the following functionality on the Invoice Detail page. You cannot edit SAM Expired invoices.
It is the responsibility of the vendor to register or renew their registration with the U.S. Government.
