The Collections Forecast Report lists IPP agency invoices assigned a scheduled to pay date if the agency has sent an invoice update file to IPP. The electronic payments associated with scheduled invoices are subtotaled by day and totaled at the bottom of the report.
This report provides the invoice number, the scheduled payment amount, and IPP agency name. Authorized Collector users can click the View button on any scheduled invoice to see the details.
You must select Display Collections Forecast Dashboard from Preferences > Display Preferences to populate the dashboard on the Home page.
Note: The Collector Administrator must assign the View Payments permission to the Collector user’s role to view the Collection 5 Day Forecast.
