Creating an Invoice from a PO Form

You can create an invoice for a PO from the Create Invoice button on the top or bottom of the Invoices page.

 

To create a PO invoice:

  1. Click the Create Invoice button on the Invoices page to advance to the Create Invoice form.
  2. Select From a PO from the drop-down list.
  3. Select the Bill To Agency from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter the PO number to search on in the Enter the PO # field or leave it blank to locate all your POs.
  5. Click OK to advance to the Create Invoice page.
  6. Click a PO link to open the purchase order page.
  7. Click Create Invoice to open a new invoice page.
  8. Required. Enter an Invoice Number in the field.
  9. Enter the Supplier Contact Name and Phone.
  10. Select the INV Line # check boxes for the lines you want to invoice.
  11. Select the quantity of the item in the QTY field.
  12. Required. Enter comments in the Comments box.
  13. Click Submit.
