Creating an Invoice from a PO Form
You can create an invoice for a PO from the button on the top or bottom of the Invoices page.
To create a PO invoice:
- Click the Create Invoice button on the Invoices page to advance to the Create Invoice form.
- Select from the drop-down list.
- Select the Bill To Agency from the drop-down list.
- Enter the PO number to search on in the field or leave it blank to locate all your POs.
- Click to advance to the Create Invoice page.
- Click a PO link to open the purchase order page.
- Click to open a new invoice page.

- Select the check boxes for the lines you want to invoice.
- Select the quantity of the item in the field.
