Using Quick Search

Use Quick Search to locate POs, Blanket POs, Invoices, or Payments. Use the wildcard (%) if you do not know the exact number or want to broaden your search. Information and search criteria is not retained after you leave the page.

To access all your POs, invoices, and payments:

1. From the left sidebar on the Home page, enter a value in the Quick Search text box. Use the wildcard (%) if you do not know the exact number.

2. Click Go.

IPP returns all POs, Invoices, and Payments that match the number you entered.

To access your POs:

1. From the left sidebar on the Orders page, enter a PO value in the PO# or Agency text box. Use the wildcard (%) if you do not know the exact number.

2. Click Go.

IPP returns all POs that match the vaue you entered.

To access your invoices:

1. From the left sidebar on the Invoices page, enter an invoice value in the Invoice # or Agency text box. Use the wildcard (%) if you do not know the exact number.

2. Click Go.

IPP returns all invoices that match the value you entered.

To access your payments:

1. From the left sidebar on the Payments page, enter a payment value in the Payment Type Reference # text box. Use the wildcard (%) if you do not know the exact number.

2. Click Go.

IPP returns all payments that match the value you entered.
