Order History

The purchase order History page displays all the activity that has occurred to the purchase order. To access the Order History page, open a purchase order and click History at the top of the page.

To view the Orders tab, Order Status bar, Order History, Order Related Documents, or create invoices from a purchase order, the Collector user must have Create/Edit Invoices permission added to the Create/Edit Invoices role. See the Collector Administrator to get these permissions.

The information in the following table describes the Order History page.

Field Name

Description

Date

The date that the activity on the purchase order took place. For example, on Mar 22, 2015 at 11:36:05 pm, the user viewed the purchase order.

Tag

Displays information about the purchase order. For example, the Collector PO was processed.

User

Displays the user's identification.

Comment

Displays information about the purchase order of interest to the user.
