The Rejected Invoices page displays all the invoices from the last 30 days (default) that are rejected by the agency.
To access the Rejected Invoices page, click the Invoices tab and Rejected on the Invoice Status bar.
To view the Invoice tab, Invoice Status bar, or create invoices from a purchase order, the Collector user must have
permission added to the role. See the Collector Administrator if you do not have these permissions.Vendors can correct the invoice/credit memo if they have Create/Edit Invoice/Credit Memo permission assigned to one of their roles. The vendor can then resubmit it for further processing as long as it passes validation. All of the invoice/credit memo lines are available for editing, even those lines that were not included in the original invoice.
Depending on the agency, the invoice/credit memo number may also require changing, if the agency does not allow duplicate invoice/credit memo numbers.
The Collector user can save invoices in Reject status as a draft and then edit it to fix the errors that caused the rejection.
Once the revised invoice is submitted, it is displayed in the Invoices Pending Submission page.
