Viewing Data Entry Status

The Data Entry Status section displays the status of documents entered through Self-Service. The statuses include:

To view the data entry status of the invoice:

  1. From the Self-Service tab, click the Inquire sub-tab. The Self-Service Inquiry page appears.

  2. From the Data Entry Status section, click one of the following to navigate to the list of documents in the applicable state:
