The Data Entry Status section displays the status of documents entered through Self-Service. The statuses include:
– Invoices or credit memos that failed validation and require changes by a Disburser user with Self-Service edit invoice or credit memo permissions. Once the invoice/credit memo is fixed, the Disburser user can resubmit the Self-Service document. Click to view the list of documents in exception and then click to fix the invoice exceptions.
Drafts – Invoices or credit memos that were saved in draft status. The documents remain in draft status until they are submitted.
Rejected – Invoices or credit memos rejected as a part of a Workflow override, an Invoice Status Change upload, or a user with the Invoice Reject permission. Click Rejected to view the documents in reject status and review the comments.
To view the data entry status of the invoice:
From the Self-Service tab, click the Inquire sub-tab. The Self-Service Inquiry page appears.
From the Data Entry Status section, click one of the following to navigate to the list of documents in the applicable state:
Exception - To view the list of documents in exception and then click to fix the invoice exceptions.
Draft - To view the documents in draft status and then click to change, void, or submit the document for processing.
Rejected -To view the documents with a reject status. Click Edit to make changes to the rejected invoice. To expedite processing of the invoice, the invoice page allows editing on all available PO/BPO lines, including lines not originally submitted.
