Acting on Open Blanket POs

The Open Blanket POs page displays the Blanket POs that are either Open or in Exception. You can take action on the Blanket PO as follows:

• Close

• Void

• Fix - if in Exception

To close a Blanket PO:

1. From the Blanket POs tab, click the Open Blanket POs sub-tab.

2. From Browse Suppliers , click All or a letter to access a list of open Blanket POs.

3. Select a PO to close.

4. Click Close under the Action column. The Confirm Close Action on Blanket PO XXXXX is displayed.

5. Click Submit to close the PO and the PO is closed.

To re-open a Blanket PO:

1. From the Blanket POs tab, click the Closed Blanket POs sub-tab

2. Click Browse Suppliers to access a list of open Blanket POs.

3. Select a Blanket PO to re-open.

4. Click Re-open in the Action column. The Confirm Re-Open Action on PO#: XXXXX dialog appears.

5. Enter comments on why you want to re-open the Blanket PO.

6. Click Submit to reopen the Blanket PO.

To void a Blanket PO:

1. From the Blanket POs tab, click the Open Blanket POs sub-tab.

2. Click Browse Suppliers to access a list of open Blanket POs.

3. Select a PO to void.

4. Click Void under the Action column. The Confirm Void Action on Blanket PO XXXXX is displayed.

5. Enter comments on why you are voiding the PO.

6. Click Submit to void the PO and the PO is voided.
