Removing a Supplier from the XMVL Directory

You can remove a supplier from the XMVL Directory page if you are no longer doing business with that supplier.

To remove a supplier:

1. Click the Supplier tab and then click the XMVL Directory sub-tab to access the XMVL Directory page.
2. Enter the XMVL Name in the field and click Search to access the supplier.
3. From the Actions column, click Remove. IPP displays a message stating that the vendor and all sites and associations between this vendor and IPP Suppliers sites the vendor is matched to are removed.

4. Do one of the following:

• Click Yes to remove the vendor

• If you do not want to remove the vendor, but rather remove the match, click No. IPP returns you to the XMVL Directory page.
