Using Basic Search for XMVL Vendor

Use the Basic Search to find an XMVL vendor.

To use Basic search:

From the Suppliers tab, click the XMVL Directory sub-tab. The XMVL Directory page appears.
Do any of the following to locate a vendor:

Enter a name in the XMVL Vendor Name field. You can use the % wildcard, if you do not know the full name. Click Search.
If you know only the first letter of the vendor’s last name, click a letter.
Click All to display all of your vendors.

Using Detail Search for XMVL Vendor

Use a more Detail search to refine your search results.

To use Detail search:

From the Suppliers tab, click the XMVL Directory sub-tab. The XMVL Directory page appears.
Click Detail Search.
Enter any of the following information:
- XMVL Vendor Name - Enter any part of the vendor’s name.
- TIN/IPP ID - Enter the entire TIN (Tax Identification Number) or IPP ID, or the last four digits of the TIN or IPP ID in the field.
- Vendor ID - Enter the vendor ID in the field.
- UEI - Enter all or part of the vendor's UEI.
- DUNS/DUNS+4(EFT Indicator) - Enter the DUNs value. Use % if you do not know the exact number.
- Status - Select Active, Inactive, or Hold from the drop-down list.
- Address - Select Country, City, State, or Zip Code from the drop-down list.
- Group ID - Enter the Group ID in the field.
Click Search.
