Use the Add Site feature to add an additional site to an XMVL record. For example, you may need to add an Assignment of Claims (AOC) site. An Assignment of Claims requires the agency to send payment for an invoice on a PO to another payee to fulfill a debt obligation.
To add an Assignment of Claims site:
Site Name - Name of the payee. If it is a bank, enter the name of the bank.
Site ID - Numerical code for the location of the site for the AOC payee.
UEI - Type the UEI (Unique Entity Identifier for a business entity)
DUNS - Type the DUNS number (Dun & Bradstreet unique numeric identifier for a business entity). +4: Type the 4-digit alphanumeric extension to the DUNS number, if available. Note: If UEI is provided, and there is a 4-digit extension, it is referred to as the EFT Indicator.
Address 1 - Street address for the AOC site
City - City or town of the site
State/Province - State where the AOC is located
ZIP/Postal Code -Zip for the address of the AOC site
Country - Country where the AOC is located
Vendor Scope - Select Public or Private radio button.
In the Bank Information section, enter the following information (Required if any of the fields are supplied):
Bank Name for the payee
Routing # for the payee
Account # for the payee
Type - Checking or Savings
In the Contact Information section, do the following:
Contact Name (Required) - Name of a contact at the payee's site
Email Address (Required) - Email for the contact at the payee's site
Title of the contact
Click OK.
