Setting the Time Zone

You set the Time Zone so that the notification schedule reflects your current time zone. In addition, it sets the date and time stamp on invoices and orders.

To set the Time Zone:

  1. From the top of the Collector page, click Preferences. The Preferences page appears.
  2. Click the Time Zone Settings link.
  3. From the Time Zone Settings list, select the time zone you want to use for notifications and the date and time stamp that appears on the invoices audit trail. The time zone list starts with the four standard United States time zones (Eastern Standard Time, Central Standard Time, Mountain Standard Time, and Pacific Standard Time) and then additional time zones in alphabetical order. To ensure your selection adjusts for daylight time, select a time zone and region. For example, select Eastern Standard Time (America/New_York).
  4. Click OK to save the setting; otherwise, click Cancel to close the page without saving.
