Setting Invoice Submission Delay

The Collector Administrator can set the amount of time that the invoice remains on the Invoices Pending Submission page. While the invoices are on the Invoices Pending Submission page, the Collector user can view, edit, or void the invoice.

To set the Invoice Submission Delay:

  1. From the Admin tab, click System Preferences from the left panel.
  2. Click the Invoice Submission Delay link.
  3. In the Invoices Submitted via Web Form section, enter the number of hours and minutes invoices submitted via Web Form remain in the Invoice Pending Submission status.
  4. In the Invoices Submitted via E-File section, enter the number of hours and minutes invoices submitted via E-File remain in the Invoice Pending Submission status.
  5. Click OK to save the settings; otherwise, click Cancel.
