Pending submission invoices are those invoices or credit memos that are submitted by the Collector and pass validations but have not yet been submitted to the agency. The Collector Administrator defines a delay period in Admin > Preferences. Invoices in Pending Submission status are available for viewing, editing, or voiding. The Collector user can also save them as drafts or resubmit them.
However, once the delay period passes, IPP automatically submits the invoice to the agency. Once submitted, you cannot edit the invoice or add attachments to it. Submitted invoices are available to view from the Pending Approval page.
To access the Invoices Pending Submission page, from the Invoice Status sidebar, click the Pending Submission link.
To search for invoices, enter a wildcard such as % in the Search field and click Go.
To view the
tab, sidebar, or create invoices from a PO, the user must have permission added to the role. See the Collector Administrator if you do not have these permissions.To display your open invoices, enter a portion of the invoice number with a wildcard (%) in the Quick Search field to access all or click Advanced Search to limit the search to data entered in the Advanced Search page.
The Quick and Advanced Search criteria and results are not retained after you leave the page.
The Add Filters button displays the Invoice Filter dialog that limits the amount of open invoices that display.
The search criteria and search results are retained for the duration of the user's session.
