Company History Page

The Company History page displays the audit trail for edits made to the company’s name and address information. In addition, it displays the audit trail associated with Customer ID to ALC mapping. You access the Company History page by selecting History on the Company Information page.

The Company History page contains a link back to the Company Information detail page.

Field Name	Description
Date	Date and time the change occurred
Tag	Brief description of the change made
User	User ID of the Collector Administrator who made the change
Comment	Details about the change

Viewing the TIN Company History Page

The TIN Company History page displays the audit trail for edits made to the company’s TIN Company Name and address details from the TIN/IPP ID Company Details page. You access the TIN Company History page by selecting History on the TIN/IPP ID Company details page.

Date	Date and time the change occurred
Tag	Brief description of the change made
User	User ID of the Collector Administrator who made the change
Comment	Details about the change. Indicates whether the Company Information changes were propagated to the CSR module.
