Admin System Preferences Page

The System Preferences page provides optional functionality for invoice submission delay, eFile compression and Automated Invoice and PO File Transfer parameters. You access the System Preference page by selecting System Preferences listed in the Admin tab’s sidebar.

• Invoice Submission Delay

• eFile Compressed File Parameters

• Automated Invoice and PO File Transfer Parameters

Additionally, the Collector Administrator can update his/her personal settings from the global Preferences link, such as

• User information, such as name and email address, secondary authentication questions, and password

• Time zone
