Rematching Vendors

From the XMVL Directory search results page you can Rematch vendors to different IPP Supplier accounts.

To rematch a vendor:

1. Click the Supplier tab and then click the XMVL Directory sub-tab to access the XMVL Directory page.
2. Use Basic or Detail search to access the supplier.
3. From the Actions column, click Rematch in the row of the vendor match you want to change. IPP displays the Recommend Matches page.
4. Click Accept in the Action column if the match is correct. Otherwise, browse for a different vendor.
5. To locate a different vendor match, do the following:

• Click Browse. IPP displays the Match Manual page.

• Locate the vendor you want to match.

• In the Action column, click Match.
