View Groups

Use the IPP Supplier Groups to create and manage sets of vendors. Group vendors by industry type, Disburser user responsibility, or assign a particular set of invoice forms, rule sets, and/or Workflow routing to the group.  

 

Use the Groups sub tab to create, edit, or remove a group of vendors. The ability to view the Group sub-tab is determined by the permissions assigned by the Disburser Administrator.

 

The Disburser Administrator can create default supplier groups. Click the supplier Group Name link to view the details for that supplier group.

 

Access the Groups page from Suppliers tab.

Groups

The information in the table below describes the Groups summary table.

 

Field Name

Description

Group Name

Displays the list of group names. Click to view supplier group details.

Description

Displays a description of that group.

Group Type

Displays the group type, such as Supplier.

Actions

Displays the actions you can take:

  • Edit - Click to display Add Group Members page or Remove Group Members page.

  • Delete - Click to delete the group.

New Group

To add a supplier group, click the New Group button to display the New Group Information page.

The information in the table below describes the Group Information fields.

Field Name

Description

Group Name

Required. Enter a group name.

Description

Enter a description of the group.

Group Type

Select the type from the Group Type list. The only selection is Supplier.

Search

Basic Search - enter a vendor name to search.

Detail Search - click to access detail search form and enter vendor name, vendor ID, TIN, Group ID, and address information.

Supplier Assignment list

Required. Click a check box next to each Vendor to add to the group.
