IPP Supplier Directory

The IPP Supplier Directory page displays all of the vendors enrolled in IPP and available for matching.

Enter all or part of the vendor name in the IPP Supplier Name box and then click Search.

Select a letter to browse by supplier name. Select All to view all suppliers. A is the default selection.

Enter any of the following information in the Detail search fields and click Search:

In the IPP Supplier Name field, enter the vendor’s name. You can use the % sign for a wildcard search.
In the TIN/IPP ID field, enter some or all of vendor’s TIN/IPP ID (Tax Identification Number or IPP ID number).
DUNS/DUNS +4, enter some or all.
From the Address box, select Country, City, State, or Zip Code for the vendor, then enter the value in the text box. Use the wildcard (%) with a partial entry.

Field Name	Description
IPP Supplier Name	Supplier (vendor) name. Click to open the Supplier Information page
IPP Site Address	Supplier's company location address
DUNS/DUNS+4	If supplied, a 9 digit numeric identifier issued by Dun and Bradstreet used to track locations for businesses and other entities. DUNS+4- A 4 digit alphanumeric extension to the DUNS number, which the individual organization maintains.
TIN/IPP ID	Last four digits of the supplier's tax identification number or IPP ID
Logged In	Yes or No to inform you whether a vendor has signed into the Collector after being enrolled in the Disburser
Company Type	Indicates the company is a Business
Matched (checkmark)	Indicates whether the supplier is matched with a disburser
