Confirming an Invoice or Credit Memo

The Task Administrator confirms the invoice/credit memo after the Disburser user assigned the invoice/credit memo has approved it.

To confirm an invoice/credit memo:

  1. From the Invoice Detail page, click the My Admin Tasks tab.

  2. Click Confirm. The Confirm page is displayed.

  3. Enter dates for when the goods or service was received and accepted. Disburser Administrators can enter validation parameters when setting up Workflow to ensure the dates entered are no more than x number of days before the authorization date.

  4. Enter comments in the Internal Routing Comments box.

  5. Click Submit to confirm the invoice/credit memo; otherwise, click Cancel.
