You access the Managed Reports sub-tab from the Analysis tab. There are three types of Managed Reports:
Accrual - Displays invoice obligations for the date range provided
Invoices In-Process - Displays information regarding invoice approval turnaround time
PO Remaining Balance Reconciliation Report - Displays a summary of invoice amounts associated with a single purchase order (PO)/blanket purchase order (BPO)
PO Remaining Balance Summary Report - Displays PO-level information and summarizes the information into a single reporting line.
Note: You cannot use the export feature, if your Web browser is Chrome, FireFox, or Safari.
To run a report:
From the Analysis tab, click the Managed Reports sub-tab.
Select a report from the Report list.
Select any of the following filter criteria; values differ depending on the report you are running:
Invoice E-Receipt Date. From and To. (Accrual report only)
As-of Date from the Calendar. (In-Process report only)
ALC-Payer Name or All. The default value is All. All refers only to the ALCs the Disburser user has permission to. IPP displays only ALCs the Disburser user has permission to view.
Group or All Groups. The default value is All Groups. All refers only to the groups the Disburser user is associated with. Also, only the groups the Disburser user is associated with are available for selection.
PO Number (PO Remaining Balance Reconciliation report only)
Select the format for the report, either HTML or PDF.
Click Run to run the report.
To run a PO Remaining Balance Summary report:
From the Analysis tab, click the Managed Reports sub-tab.
Select the PO Remaining Balance Summary report from the Report list.
In the PO Number field, enter all or part of the PO number. You can use the % for partial entries. IPP accepts only one PO number, you cannot enter multiple POs.
Select any of the following filter criteria; values differ depending on the report you are running:
ALC-Payer Name or All. The default value is All. All refers only to the ALCs the Disburser user has permission to. IPP displays only ALCs the Disburser user has permission to view. To multi-select ALCs, press the Shift or CTRL key and then use your mouse to select ALCs.
Vendor ID - Enter all or part of the Vendor ID. You can use the % for partial entries.
PO Issue Date - Use the calendar icon to select a range of dates.
PO Status - The default value is All. To multi-select status values, press the Shift or CTRL key and then use your mouse to select values.
PO On Hold/Not On Hold - Select All for both values; otherwise select the appropriate value.
Select the format for the report, either HTML or PDF.
Click Run to run the report.
