Producing Managed Reports

You access the Managed Reports sub-tab from the Analysis tab. There are three types of Managed Reports:

Note: You cannot use the export feature, if your Web browser is Chrome, FireFox, or Safari.

 

To run a report:

  1. From the Analysis tab, click the Managed Reports sub-tab.

  2. Select a report  from the Report list.

  3. Select any of the following filter criteria; values differ depending on the report you are running:

  1. Select the format for the report, either HTML or PDF.

  2. Click Run to run the report.

To run a PO Remaining Balance Summary report:

  1. From the Analysis tab, click the Managed Reports sub-tab.

  2. Select the PO Remaining Balance Summary report  from the Report list.

  3. In the PO Number field, enter all or part of the PO number. You can use the % for partial entries. IPP accepts only one PO number, you cannot enter multiple POs.

  4. Select any of the following filter criteria; values differ depending on the report you are running:

  1. Select the format for the report, either HTML or PDF.

  2. Click Run to run the report.
