Use the Preferences link located in the upper right corner of the Disburser module to set display and regional settings, and update notification scehdules.
To select user preferences:
From the top of the Disburser module page, click Preferences.
In the Display Preferences section, select the following:
Select the Multi-column sorting check box if you want to use multi-column sorting for tables.
Required. From the Show additional items when selecting More list, select the number of items to show on each consecutive page.
Select the Show PO/BPO Uninvoiced Amount check box to display the uninvoiced amounts on purchase orders and invoices.
Click Update to save your changes.
Scroll to the Regional Preferences section and select the Time Zone, if different from the default of Eastern Standard Time (ET). ET is 5 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). If you select this time zone, no adjustment is made for DST (daylight saving time). If you want your notifications to reflect the adjustment for DST, select, for example, Eastern Standard Time(America/New_York). Selection of a region, along with the time zone accounts for the observance of daylight saving time.
Click Regional Preferences to save your changes.
