Canceled (Offset) Payment

The Canceled (Offset) Payment page displays all payments cancelled by the U.S. Treasury because the vendor owes money to a government agency, such as outstanding Federal taxes.

The Reduced Payments page displays the payments reduced by the U.S. Treasury. The reduced payment represents the balance owed to the vendor less the outstanding debt.

Viewing Canceled (Offset) and Reduced Payments

IPP displays a list of the original canceled payments on the Canceled (Offset) page and reduced payments on the Reduced page. IPP provides two ways to search for those payments. You can also view the remittance and supplier information.
