Getting Payment Status

Use the Payment Status page to get information about recent payments. To access the Payment Status page, click the Get Payment Status link from the Quick Links section of the Home page.

Permissions

Payment-related links and data are only visible if you have the View Payments permission assigned to one of your roles. Due to the sensitive nature of tax-related payment data, to view details about Treasury offsets for a reduced payment, you must have the Treasury Offset Details role (which includes the View Payments permission). Contact your IPP Collector Administrator if you need additional roles or permissions.

To get Payment Status:

1.  Click Get Payment Status from the Home Page Quick Links panel. The Get Payment Status page appears.Enter the name of your agency.

  1. Enter an amount range of the payment in the From field and to field.
  2. Select the invoice date; from the From calendar, select the oldest date and from the to calendar select the latest date. The date range cannot exceed one year.
  3. Click OK to accept the information. The Payment Search Results page appears.
  4. Click View in the line of the payment you want to view to open that payment page.

The Payment Type Reference page appears.
