Get Payment Status

The Get Payment Status page is displayed from the Collector Home page Quick Links, Get Payment Status.

Permissions

Payment-related links and data are only visible if you have the View Payments permission assigned to one of your roles. Due to the sensitive nature of tax-related payment data, to view details about Treasury offsets for a reduced payment, you must have the Treasury Offset Details role (which includes the View Payments permission). Contact your IPP Collector Administrator if you need additional roles or permissions.

The information in the following table describes the Get Payment Status page.

Field Name

Description

Agency

Enter the name of your agency.

Amount

Enter the amount of the invoice; the least amount in the From field and the highest amount in the To field.

Issue Date

Required. Select the earliest issue date in the From field from the pop-up calendar and the latest issue date in the To field.

View Payments by status

Settled Full

Displays the payments that are paid in full.

Settled Reduced

Displays the payments that are reduced from the full amount because of debts due the Treasury.

Returned

Displays payments that were returned by the bank.

In Exception

Displays payments where there was an error in processing.
