Viewing Payment Offset Details

The user that can view the Payment Offset Details page is the one assigned the permission Treasury Offset Details. This page is very sensitive and has restricted information.

Permissions

Payment-related links and data are only visible if you have the View Payments permission assigned to one of your roles. Due to the sensitive nature of tax-related payment data, to view details about Treasury offsets for a reduced payment, you must have the Treasury Offset Details role (which includes the View Payments permission). Contact your IPP Collector Administrator if you need additional roles or permissions.

To access the Payment Offset Details page:

1. Click the Payments tab, and then from the left frame under Payments Status, click Reduced.
2. Alternatively, if no payments appear, enter a wildcard (%) in the Payment Type Reference # field.
3. Click Go to access the Payment Type Reference # table.

4. Click View next to the payment that you want to view to access the ACH Trace # payment form.
5. Click View Details to access the Details page.

When the Treasury Offset Details user clicks the View Details button from the Payment Type Reference # page, the following message is displayed.

6. Click OK to advance to the Payment Offset Detail page.
