Create Purchase Orders Batch - Step 2

Use the Create PO Batch page to retrieve and process batches of POs.

To access the Create PO Batch page, click PO Batches from the Orders tab. Enter the information in Step 1 and click OK to access the Create Purchase Orders Batch - Step 2 page.

To view the Orders tab, Orders Status bar, PO Batches, Get Status, or create invoices from a PO, the user must have Create/Edit Invoices permission added to the Create/Edit Invoices role. See the Collector administrator if you do not have these permissions.

The information in the following table describes the Create PO Batch Step 2 fields.

Field Name

Description

1. Select the file format.

Displays XML (only format configured for the Collector module).

2. Select the file compression.

Select one of the following:

  • Compressed

  • Not Compressed

3. Review POs

The table displays a list of POs that are ready for uploading.

PO #

Displays the purchase order number.

Agency

Displays the name of the agency.

Issue Date

Displays the date the purchase orders were issued.

Download Status

Displays Downloaded or Not Downloaded.
