Invoice History

The Invoice History page displays all the activity that has occurred to the invoice.

To access the Invoice History page, open an invoice and click History at the top of the page.

The Invoice History page contains a link back to the Invoice detail page.

To view the Invoice tab, Invoice Status sidebar, or create invoices from a PO, the Collector user must have Create/Edit Invoices permission added to the Create/Edit Invoices role. See the Collector Administrator if you do not have these permissions.

Field Name

Description

Invoice History for Invoice #

Click to access the invoice.

Date

The date that the activity on the invoice took place. For example, on Mar 22, 2013 at 4:36:14 pm, the invoice was created.

Tag

Displays information about the invoice. For example, the Collector PO was processed.

User

Displays the user's identification.

Comment

Displays information about the invoice of interest to the user.
