Use the Settled Payments page to view invoices that were paid. Use the Add Filters button to limit or expand the results on the page.
For all vendor payments settled by the US Treasury, you can:
Receive email notifications when payments settlement occurs. Contact your IPP Collector Administrator if you need to be set up to receive payment notifications.
View a summary list of payments from the Payments tab or from several other areas of the system, including:
Links in the left sidebar for Payment Status
Get Payment Status Quick Link on the Home page
Related Documents page for an associated invoice or PO
Search results from a Quick Search or an Advanced Search for payments
View payment details by clicking on any linked Payment Type Reference Number. From the Payment Detail page, you can also drill down to view related invoices and POs, ACH payment addenda (coded reference data accompanying ACH payments), Treasury offset details (if any), and download history for the payment data.
Download remittance (payment) data in CSV format for archival purposes or for use in your own internal systems or processes. You can filter using various criteria to limit the download record list.
Payment-related links and data are only visible if you have the View Payments permission assigned to one of your roles. Due to the sensitive nature of tax-related payment data, to view details about Treasury offsets for a reduced payment, you must have the Treasury Offset Details role (which includes the View Payments permission). Contact your IPP Collector Administrator if you need additional roles or permissions.

The type of payment that was made: ACH, check, or wire transfer. |

The number of the invoice. |

The purchase order or Blanket purchase order number. |
Agency |
The name of your agency. Click to view the agency Information Form. |
Payer Name |
The name of the payer for the goods or services. |
Amount |
The amount of the payment. |
Issue Date |
The date the payment was sent. |

The status of the payment. The types of statuses are:
