About the Users Page

As a Collector Administrator, you create and manage Collector users. The Users page allows the Collector Administrator to view all existing Collector users in the Collector module.

Note: Depending on your company’s set up, you may have access to Collector user information for more than one IPP Collector account. The information IPP displays is for the Collector account you selected upon log in or switched to in the Collector module.

The information in the following table describes the Users summary page.

Field Name

Description

UserID link

Collector user unique ID set up in IPP. Sortable column. Click the UserID link to display the User Information page, where personal information about the Collector user, role assignments, and TIN/IPP ID and Agency view permissions may be viewed and edited.

First Name link

First name of the Collector user.

Last Name link

Last name of the Collector user.

Status

Collector user status:

  • Active - The Collector user can access your company’s IPP Collector.

  • Disabled - The Collector user cannot access your company’s IPP Collector account.

First Time Login

Date and time the user first logged into the Collector.

Last Time login

Last time the user logged into the Collector.
