Locating IPP Proposed Matches

Vendors from the Agency XMVL list can be matched to vendors from the IPP Supplier directory using one of two options:

IPP Proposed Matches - 100% TIN/IPP ID
XMVL - No Proposed Matches

The first option lists IPP Suppliers with valid matches against one or more records in an Agency XMVL file. The second option lists IPP Suppliers without matches in the Directory.

To locate matches proposed by IPP:

From the Suppliers tab, click the IPP Directory Management sub-tab.
Select IPP Proposed Matches - 100% TIN/IPP ID from the Match Status drop-down list.
Enter a name in the Search for Master Vendor Name field or leave the field blank to search for all unmatched suppliers.
Click Submit. IPP displays the list of valid matches against one or more records in an Agency XMVL file.
