Looking up Users

The Lookup Users page is available when you want to reassign a task to a different user. You can access it from Tasks > Manage Queues or Manage Tasks.  

To locate a user:

  1. Enter a first name in the First Name field.

  2. Enter a last name in the Last Name field.

  3. Enter an email address in the Email field.

  4. Enter identifying information in the User Lookup field.

  5. Click Find. The Disburser module searches for the user based on the entries. If you do not enter parameters, the system returns all queue members except for those filtered by group.

  6. When the search results are returned, click the check box to select the user.

  7. Click Select to choose that user and the Confirm Reassignment  page is displayed.

  8. Click OK to confirm the reassignment; otherwise, click Cancel to close the Lookup Users screen.
