Re-assigning invoices requires that you have invoice permissions assigned by the Disburser Administrator and Workflow.
You can access the Re-Assign option on the invoice from the Tasks tab or the Invoices tab. My Task screen from the Disburser > Invoices > In Process tab and click an Invoice # link from the Invoice in Process Summary table, or click the Tasks tab.
To reassign an invoice:
Do one of the following:
From the Invoices tab, click the In Process sub-tab. Click the Invoice # link. The My Tasks tab displays the options available.
From the Tasks tab, click the My Tasks sub-tab. Click View to open the invoice. The My Tasks tab displays the options available.
Click Re-Assign. IPP displays the Lookup Users screen.
Do any of the following:
Enter the first and last name in the First Name and Last Name fields.
Enter the e-mail address in the E-mail field.
Enter the user's identifying information in the User Lookup field. The "User Lookup" is a field identifier assigned to a Disburser user by the agency and it is used to identify whom an invoice/credit memo can be assigned in Workflow.
Click Search Users. IPP displays a list of users filtered by ALC and group.
Select the user you want to assign the task to.
Click Select User; or click Cancel to cancel the process.
