Re-assigning Invoices

Re-assigning invoices requires that you have invoice permissions assigned by the Disburser Administrator and Workflow.

You can access the Re-Assign option on the invoice from the Tasks tab or the Invoices tab. My Task screen from the Disburser > Invoices > In Process tab and click an Invoice # link from the Invoice in Process Summary table, or click the Tasks tab.

 

To reassign an invoice:

  1. Do one of the following:

  1. Click Re-Assign. IPP displays the Lookup Users screen.

  2. Do any of the following:

  1. Click Search Users. IPP displays a list of users filtered by ALC and group.

  2. Select the user you want to assign the task to.

  3. Click Select User; or click Cancel to cancel the process.
