Rejecting Invoices/Credit Memos

The Disburser user can reject an invoice/credit memo if the invoice/credit memo amount is incorrect or the payment terms are incorrect.

For the Disburser user to see the Reject button, the Disburser user must have assigned the Invoice – Reject permission to one of their roles or Reject must be selected as an override when Workflow is configured.

You can access the My Task screen from the Disburser > Invoices > In Process tab and click an Invoice # link from the Invoice in Process Summary table.

To reject an invoice:

  1. From the My Tasks tab, click Reject. The Confirm Invoice Reject screen is displayed.

  2. Enter comments on why the invoice is being rejected in the Comments field.

  3. Click Reject; otherwise, to cancel the rejection, click Cancel.
