If the Disburser user assigned to the tasks is unavailable or has other queue tasks assigned, the Queue Administrator can reassign the queue tasks to another Disburser user.
The list of Disburser users that display when the Disburser user searches for a user to reassign a task is filtered by ALC, View permission, and Group(s) based on common Business Unit, Cost Center, or Department IDs with which the requesting Disburser user is associated.
Use this page to identify the Disburser user to whom the queue task should be assigned.
To reassign queue tasks to a new Disburser user:
1. From the Tasks tab, click Manage Queue.
2. Select a task and then click the button to open the Lookup Users page.
3. Enter any of the following information to locate a user:
Enter the First and/or Last Name in the fields to lookup a single Disburser user.
Enter the E-mail address of the Disburser user in the E-mail Address field.
Enter the unique identifier of the Disburser user in the User Lookup field. User Lookup is a unique identifier assigned to an agency Disburser user by the agency. It is used to identify to whom an invoice can be reassigned to for Workflow.
4. Click the button.
5. From the Select User section, select a Disburser user and then click . The Confirm Reassignment dialog appears.
6. Click OK; otherwise, click Cancel.
